Unable to Authorize with my Adobe ID account

Usually this problem is related to the use of double factor security setting on your Adobe ID account. You'll need to log-in to Adobe.com, go to your user account settings, and turn that off. Once you've authorized the app, you can turn that back on. Hopefully Adobe will fix this soon in their ebook platform. If you are getting some sort of error message, it is likely that you either A) aren't connected to the internet B) Your firewall is blocking communication with the Adobe site C) You are using the wrong username/password combo


One good troubleshooting approach is to go Adobe.com and login. When you do, copy your password once you've typed it in. Then, when authorizing the app, paste that into the password field.
