The "No Token" Error

The "No Token" error is shown when you are downloading an eBook, but you are missing the required permission to download it.  This could be because you are missing this permission, or it could be because the download process was incorrectly set up by your eBook retailer / library / publisher.

We recommend switching to a different browser to download the e-book. If the issue continues to recur, it may be due to an incorrectly formatted download. At that point we recommend contacting your e-book retailer or library’s support team and asking for a correctly formatted download.
