The app is running slow, what can I do to speed it up?

Slowness in the app can be a factor of different influences. First, the format of the book has an effect. Image heavy and longer books can cause problems found in PDFs. Not much can be done about the format of the book. The next issue can be other applications running in the background. We recommend double tapping on the home button and getting rid of any other programs that are running in the background. Finally, sometimes, sync can cause issues with page turning. We recommend navigating to the Info Page of the reader, where your credentials are kept and disabling sync.
